For home use, we at Fitness-Flohmarkt recommend the use of dumbbell bars or weight plates with a bore of 30 mm. These are very inexpensive and ideal for training at home.
In the professional sector, a borehole of 50 mm (Olympic standard) is the standard. We recommend this drill for commercial use (fitness studio, CrossFitness, etc.) and for ambitious athletes who want to train with higher weights or even competitively.
