SZ curl bar 120 cm with star lock - for effective arm training
The 120 cm long SZ curl bar is specially designed for training biceps and triceps. Thanks to its curved shape, it is easy on the wrists and ensures greater comfort and efficiency during arm training.
With a dead weight of 7 kg and a maximum load capacity of 150 kg, the curl bar offers sufficient stability even with higher training weights. The 18.5 cm long weight plate holders are suitable for all standard weight plates with a 30/31 mm hole. The inside grip width is 80 cm and the grip diameter is 28 mm - ideal for safe and comfortable handling. The knurled grip surfaces also ensure a firm hold during all exercises.
Thanks to the star fasteners supplied, the weights sit securely and firmly during training - ideal for controlled repetitions without annoying rattling. The SZ curl bar is ideal for targeted arm training at home or in the gym.
