Weight chains - Progressive additional weight for barbell training
The weight chains enable progressive strength training with variable load distribution. During the upward movement, more and more chain links are gradually lifted off the floor, which continuously increases the training weight. This supports even strength development over the entire movement sequence, especially during exercises such as bench presses, squats or deadlifts.
Made of galvanized steel, the chains are equipped with a locking ring with a swivel toggle for attachment to barbell bars with a diameter of 50 mm. In addition to use with barbells, they are also suitable for additional load during dips or jumping exercises. The weight chains are available in 6 kg, 10 kg and 20 kg versions.
