Payment & Shipping

The dispatch takes place usually within 1-4 working days by Swiss Post or a forwarding agent. The choice of shipping partner depends on the weight, volume and domicile of the shipment.

The shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart. The basic rate is CHF 9.90 per 30 kg. Objects with a total length of more than 100 cm may not be sent or may only be sent as bulky goods. Objects that are heavier than 30 kg and cannot be divided into several parcels (e.g. a 32 kg kettlebell) must also be considered separately. This may result in additional costs. Please note that the weight indicated on the products does not necessarily correspond exactly to the shipping weight. There may be a difference due to the weight of packaging, padding and shipping material.

Unless otherwise defined in writing or agreed between the parties, shipment shall be made to the recipient's kerbside. This applies to parcels sent by post as well as to deliveries by forwarding agents.
