Payment

With us you can pay with TWINT, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), PayPal, PostFinance Pay, prepayment, or on account pay. The payment methods available for your order will be shown directly at checkout.

Private individuals can also pay by invoice and split the payment into installments if necessary. For this, select the payment method during checkout «Invoice». Processing is handled through our partner Cembra Pay. Whether a purchase on invoice or payment by installments is possible is decided by Cembra Pay after its own review.

For Invoice payment via Cembra Pay is not available for businesses. For business customers and larger orders, we recommend a personal quote—feel free to contact us directly for this.

Shipping

Shipping is usually within 1-3 business days via Planzer Paket or Planzer Spedition. Which shipping partner is used depends on the weight, volume, and delivery address of the shipment.

The shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart. The basic rate is CHF 9.90 per 30 kg. Articles with a total length of over 100 cm may only be shipped as bulky goods, if applicable. Products that weigh more than 30 kg and cannot be split into multiple packages – such as a 32 kg kettlebell – may also incur additional shipping costs.

Then you can always see the exact shipping costs directly in the shopping cart, before you complete your order.

Please note that the stated product weight may differ from the actual shipping weight. Packaging, padding, and other shipping materials are included in the shipping weight.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery shall take place to the recipient's curb. This applies both to parcel shipments with Planzer and to deliveries by freight forwarder.

Why does shipping cost more than usual?

We completely understand if the amount comes as a bit of a surprise at first. When buying clothes or books, people are used to low shipping costs. However, fitness equipment is heavy and bulky – and that is precisely what makes transport expensive.

Here is the breakdown of the shipping costs:

Fair and transparent: Many shops hide shipping costs in the product price. We don't – you only pay what the transport actually costs. That's why our product prices stay low.

Therefore, the amount in the cart is an estimate. You will see the exact price at checkout as soon as you enter your postal code – even before you pay.
