This weight vest offers an easy way to increase your own body weight in a targeted manner - whether for strength training, endurance training or everyday activities. The compact design and close fit make it suitable for a variety of exercises such as pull-ups, dips, squats or even walking, hiking or jogging with additional weight.
Both versions have removable weight inserts, allowing the load to be individually adjusted:

10 kg version: fine graduation in 0.5 kg increments

20 kg version: modular adjustment in 1.0 kg increments
Thanks to the even distribution on the front and back, freedom of movement is maintained and training is balanced. Robust materials and a sturdy fastener ensure good support even during dynamic movements. The inconspicuous black color makes the vest versatile - in the gym as well as outdoors.
