Single Squat Stands - Free-standing dumbbell rack for flexible training

The Single Squat Stands offer a space-saving and stable solution for barbell training. The free-standing stands are ideal for squats, bench presses or shoulder presses and can be positioned anywhere in the room. Thanks to their compact design and their own weight of 45 kg per pair, they stand securely and firmly, even during intensive workouts.

The shelves are height-adjustable and allow flexible adaptation to different exercises. The maximum height of the dumbbell rack is 169 cm. Made of robust, powder-coated steel in black, the stands can withstand loads of up to 250 kg and are therefore also suitable for intensive strength training.

Each stand measures 66 cm in width and 64 cm in depth. The upright columns (uprights) have a cross-section of 6 x 6 cm. The hole diameter for height adjustment is 13 mm. The Single Squat Stands are an ideal choice for anyone who does not want to miss out on functional and safe training despite limited space.
