The adjustable dumbbell set offers a weight range of 1.5 to 7 kg (3.3 to 15.4 lbs) per dumbbell and a total of 5 weight levels that allow flexible adjustment of the training resistance. The practical adjustment system allows quick and easy weight adjustment.

Each dumbbell has a length of 28 cm, a width of 12 cm and a height of 12 cm. The handle diameter is 34 mm and the ergonomically shaped handle ensures an optimal hand position to reduce the strain on wrists and forearms and make training comfortable.
