The R-Series Power Rack holds up to 500 kg, is equipped with a pull-up bar, J-hooks, and safety bars, and lets you push yourself to the limit even without a training partner. The Olympic barbell (with a weight capacity of up to ~680 kg and needle bearings for smooth rotation) and the rubberized bumper plates form the heart of any heavy workout, while the Lock-Jaw collars secure the plates in seconds. The adjustable premium incline bench also turns the rack into a fully fledged bench press station.
