CHF 15 is for a single jump rope, available in all four colors at the same price. The rope comes in its full length of 3 m and is adjusted by you to your height. To cut off the excess wire, you need diagonal cutters – these are not included.
On parquet, tiles, or concrete, the rope scrapes across the floor with every pass. Four plates Connect+ Floor in the 500 format result in one square meter of jumping surface and protect the flooring and casing.
For which workout is the Premium Speed Jump Rope suitable?
Wherever revolutions per minute count – including in cross-functional training, boxing, and hybrid and competition training. Typical uses: double unders in WODs, warm-ups before strength and technique sets, intervals as a cardio replacement, and footwork for speed and coordination. Weighing 0.2 kg with handles around 15 cm long, it fits into any bag, for training in the gym, the basement, the park, and many other places. Clubs and studios also use it as an affordable conditioning tool for entire groups.
How fast does the rope spin – and how much technology does that require?
The rope is designed for speed, not for a leisurely basic bounce. A thin 2.5 mm steel cable with 360-degree swivels has little dead weight and therefore rotates very quickly. This brings two things with you: you feel the momentum less clearly than with a thick PVC rope, and it forgives fewer mistakes. Anyone who hits themselves will feel it in their forearm. Anyone who wants speed, double unders, and a clean rhythm is in the right place. Anyone looking for the heavy, easily perceptible momentum to learn technique should keep this in mind.
On which surface does the rope last the longest?
It lasts the longest on rubber flooring, gymnasium flooring, or grass. The plastic coating protects the steel core, but wears down visibly faster on asphalt and concrete—there, the coating is the wearing part. Indoors, the opposite is true: on parquet or tiles, the floor is the more sensitive part, and the rope gets loud. A rubber surface underfoot solves both at once.
What rope length should I set for my height?
| Height up to 167 cm | Height + approx. 85 cm (e.g., 160 cm → 245 cm) |
| Height 168–185 cm | Height + approx. 90 cm (e.g., 175 cm → 265 cm) |
| Height 186–200 cm | Height + approx. 90 cm (e.g., 195 cm → 285 cm) |
| Beginner | set 10 to 15 cm longer than the rule of thumb |
What is included in the scope of delivery?
| Included | 1x jump rope, rope and two pre-assembled aluminum handles |

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions about the Premium Speed Jump Rope
Is the price for a single jump rope?
Yes, CHF 15.- applies to a jump rope with two handles. All four colors cost the same. You select the color directly on this page before purchasing. There is no set or multi-pack available for this item.
How long is the rope, and up to what body height does it reach?
The rope is 3 m long and is suitable for heights up to 200 cm. The rule of thumb is height plus about 90 cm, so for 200 cm that is 290 cm. The 10 cm reserve remains as excess when adjusting.
How big are the handles and how heavy is the rope?
The aluminum handles are about 15 cm long and have a diameter of 18 mm. The complete jump rope weighs 0.2 kg. The slightly textured area on the handle provides grip, even if your hands get sweaty.
What material is the rope made of?
The cable is a 2.5 mm thin steel cable with a plastic coating. The steel core provides stability during the swing, while the coating protects both the cable and the floor. It is the wearing part: on rough surfaces, it wears down significantly faster than on rubber flooring.
Do I need to cut off the excess rope?
No, it is not necessary – but it is recommended for a smoother swing. First adjust the length using the end screws and practice with it for a few sessions. Only after that do you shorten it with side cutters, leaving a reserve of 3 to 4 cm.
Can I jump with it in the apartment?
Yes, with a pad under the feet. The 2.5 mm steel cable hits the floor on every pass and can mark parquet or tiles. The Connect+ Floor made of 20 mm solid rubber, it dampens sound and can be clicked together to form a jumping surface.
Which color should I choose – are there differences?
The four colors differ only visually; technically they are identical. If you prefer ergonomically shaped grips with a removable additional weight, you can find them at Ergo Speed Jump Rope at the same price.
Is the rope also suitable for beginners?
Yes, if you adjust the rope 10 to 15 cm longer than the rule of thumb. A 2.5 mm rope spins fast and gives immediate feedback on mistakes. With a bit more length, the margin for error increases noticeably, and you can always shorten it to competition length later.
How fast can the jump rope be delivered?
The item is in stock and will leave our Swiss warehouse within 1–3 business days. You can find more models, from beginner ropes to speed ropes, in the category Skipping rope. Collection in Liestal is possible by appointment.
