Hyrox is a functional fitness race that is a combination of Running and functional exercises includes. The participants complete a standardized sequence of:

  • 8 x 1 kilometer run,
  • alternating with 8 functional workouts such as sled pulling, rowing, burpees or wall balls.

  8. 4th workout: 50 m burpee broad jumps

  12. 6th workout: 200 m Kettlebell Farmers Carry
