The 24 kg adjustable dumbbell is the logical evolution of our bestseller. In the new version, the adjustment mechanism in particular has been redesigned to make your training even more intuitive, precise, and safe.
The weight range is from 2.5 to 24 kg, replacing 15 individual dumbbells. The adjustable increments are 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, 5.5, 6.5, 8, 9, 10, 11.5, 13.5, 16, 18, 20.5, 22.5, and 24 kg. This allows you to fine-tune your workout and increase the resistance step by step.
The core of the new version is the adjustment directly at the handle. You now select the weight on the inside of the handle instead of the outside, and centrally rather than separately on the left and right. As a result, the mechanism engages even more cleanly and handling becomes significantly easier. As usual, the weight can only be adjusted when the dumbbell is resting in the storage tray. Outside of the tray, the mechanism is secured so that you always train safely.
The ergonomically shaped, chrome-plated handle ensures a secure grip and a natural hand position. This reduces strain on the wrists and forearms, even during heavier weights and longer sessions. The robust construction and high-quality materials make the dumbbell resistant to impacts and wear.
Despite the wide weight range, the system remains compact and space-saving. A single dumbbell replaces an entire set of traditional dumbbells, making it ideal for your home gym or small fitness spaces.

Does this offer include one or two dumbbells?
Im Einzelangebot ist eine verstellbare Kurzhantel inklusive Ablageschale enthalten (Art. F-89377). Für ein Paar wähle oben «2 × Hantel»; mit «2 × Hantel + Ständer» erhältst du das Paar mit passendem Ständer.
Was unterscheidet die V2 von der V1?
Bei der V2 stellst du das Gewicht zentral durch Drehen am Griff ein. Bei der V1 werden die Einstellmechanismen an beiden Enden separat gedreht. Beide Modelle bieten 15 Gewichtsstufen von 2.5 bis 24 kg.
Wie stelle ich das Gewicht ein?
Lege die Hantel in ihre Ablageschale und wähle das Gewicht durch Drehen am Griff. Die Einstellung erfolgt zentral; du musst nicht beide Enden separat einstellen. Ausserhalb der Ablageschale ist der Mechanismus gesichert.
Welche Gewichtsstufen hat die V2?
Die 15 Gewichtsstufen sind 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, 5.5, 6.5, 8, 9, 10, 11.5, 13.5, 16, 18, 20.5, 22.5 und 24 kg. Damit kannst du den Widerstand Schritt für Schritt an deine Übung und deinen Trainingsstand anpassen.
Kann ich das Gewicht ausserhalb der Ablageschale verstellen?
Nein. Das Gewicht lässt sich nur einstellen, wenn die Hantel in ihrer Ablageschale liegt. Ausserhalb der Schale ist der Mechanismus gesichert.
Do I need a stand for it?
Die mitgelieferte Ablageschale ist für die Gewichtseinstellung vorgesehen. Ein erhöhter Ständer ist optional und separat erhältlich. Passend ist der Stand for Adjustable Dumbbells (F-72381); oben kannst du direkt das Paar mit Ständer auswählen.
Wie viel Platz spart die Kurzhantel?
