HYROX - arrived in Switzerland

In recent years, the HYROX fitness competition series has also become firmly established in Switzerland. Following the successful first event in St. Gallen at the beginning of the year, an event will be held in Geneva for the first time in fall 2025, bringing HYROX to French-speaking Switzerland.
What is HYROX?
HYROX combines endurance and functional training: 8 km of running are combined with 8 strength and fitness stations such as sled pushing, rowing, farmer's carry or wall balls. The standardized format enables international comparisons - from recreational athletes to professional athletes
