While many then move on and dismiss it as a trick of the advertising industry, we concentrate on our task here. Vibration training not only activates the main muscles of a specific exercise, it also activates smaller muscles, the so-called deep muscles. This is what makes vibration training so strenuous and efficient: many more muscles are activated and kept under constant tension during the exercise. Put simply, you can pack a longer workout into a much shorter but just as effective workout.

Another reason in favor of the Power Plate is the device itself. One of the most important factors for starting physical training in the first place is motivation. And anyone who buys a Power Plate vibration plate and has it at home usually feels magically attracted to it before the day has even really begun. Not everyone can motivate themselves to exercise regularly using their own body weight without equipment and aids, let alone overcome this. 

The golden tip for successful training

The golden tip is simple, but should be mentioned here anyway: Before climbing onto the vibrating plate, tension must be applied to the body. So first tense your body and only then get on. This is because the Power Plate has a strong vibration and not a gentle shake. If you follow this tip, you need not be afraid of injury. Injuries can be ruled out even if you don't tense up - it's just possible that your teeth will chatter briefly. Our body reacts intuitively with tension anyway.

Once our body is tense, the training can begin. It's easy to get started: play the training video and do the exercises at the same time. However, if you don't like this and prefer to design your own workout, there are no limits. All kinds of exercises can be performed on the Power Plate. You should start with 30 seconds of exercise followed by 30 seconds of rest. Too boring? Then do the whole workout without a break in between and go full throttle for 10 minutes.
