Agility Speed Ladder - coordination ladder & hurdle system in one

The Agility Speed Ladder is a versatile training device for improving coordination, speed and support strength. It can be transformed from a flat coordination ladder into mini hurdles up to 10.5 cm high in no time at all - ideal for varied drills in functional training, boot camp or football training.

The eight rungs are 40 cm apart and made of weatherproof, durable ABS plastic. The clever folding mechanism reduces the risk of tripping and enables safe, intensive training with a high degree of flexibility. When flat, the ladder measures 300 × 66 × 2 cm, in hurdle mode 300 × 50 × 10.5 cm.
