Dieses Fitnessband bietet eine vielseitige Lösung für funktionelles Training, Physiotherapie, Mobilisation und Muskelkräftigung. The band is available in three different resistance levels:
- Leicht (blau) – 0.35 mm
- Mittel (rot) – 0.45 mm
- Stark (schwarz) – 0.55 mm
So kann der Trainingswiderstand optimal an das Fitnesslevel angepasst werden – vom sanften Beweglichkeitstraining bis hin zum gezielten Muskelaufbau.
