This leg extension machine has several adjustable functions: The seat can be adjusted to the user's desired height, as can the foot pad. The lever to the right of the seat on the 'knee joint' adjusts the starting position of the exercise and also allows the user to get off comfortably after training. The weight is set using a pin on a weight stack.
