This machine has a dual purpose, exercising both the back and core. Levers on the arm of the machine allow users to adjust the starting position/exercise selection. It is well padded throughout for optimal comfort during exercise. It has foot pedals and handles on both sides of the chair for support during exercise. The weight is adjusted via a pin on a weight stack.
