Unfortunately, reservations are not possible - first come, first serve. Unfortunately, we are also unable to accept advance bookings.
Tip: For every item that is sold out, you can enter your e-mail address directly on our homepage. As soon as we have the item available again, you will automatically receive an e-mail.
It is currently not possible to purchase from us on site.
Delivery
You can view the current status of your order as well as the tracking codes at any time in your user account on Fitness-Flohmarkt.ch.
Unfortunately, we often have this problem - we send all parcels with Swiss Post. This allows a maximum weight of 30 kg per parcel - so we often have to make several parcels for one order. At the same time, a PostPac Priority shipment (A Mail) is usually delivered on the next working day - but not necessarily.
To cut a long story short: Part of your shipment is probably still on its way and should arrive within the next 48 hours. If this is not the case, please contact us again.
If your order has not arrived after 4 working days or the goods have arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. Lost or damaged goods sent by the postal service must be reported within 8 days. Otherwise the liability of the post office expires and unfortunately we cannot take any further steps. However, this only applies if the goods were clearly damaged during shipping.
Service
As we sell new products as well as remaining stock and second-hand goods and our structure (SME) is very simplified, we have to limit our administrative framework considerably - this is the only way we can offer unbeatable prices (throughout Europe) and still make our business profitable. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchange goods unless we are at fault (incorrect delivery, faulty goods, etc.).
It can always happen that an item has defects, is incomplete or has been damaged more quickly than expected. If this is the case for you and it is not a shipping defect, please contact us immediately. Simply send us photos of the damaged goods together with your order number so that we can quickly find a solution.
