This classic barbell bar is a versatile solution for effective strength and functional training in the home gym or studio. With a length of 180 cm, an internal handle dimension of 114 cm and a diameter of 30 mm, it is suitable for a wide range of exercises while standing or on the weight bench - from classic bench presses to rowing and squats with additional weight.

Made from spring steel, the barbell bar has a weight of 10 kg and can be loaded up to 150 kg. The 33 cm-long holders at both ends are suitable for all standard weight plates with a 30/31 mm hole. The knurled handle with a diameter of 30 mm ensures a secure grip during exercise.
