Dumbbell bar 38 cm with star lock - compact, stable and versatile
This dumbbell bar is ideal for training arms, shoulders and the entire upper body. With its compact length of 38 cm, it is particularly handy and can also be used where space is limited - perfect for home gyms or targeted isolation exercises.
The bar is made of robust spring steel, is chrome-plated and weighs 2.5 kg. The 11 cm long weight plate holders are suitable for all standard plates with a 30/31 mm hole. The knurled handle with a diameter of 28 mm and an internal handle dimension of 12.5 cm ensures a good grip for all exercises. With a maximum load capacity of 100 kg, the bar is also suitable for more demanding workouts.
The dumbbell bar is supplied with star fasteners and offers a simple and secure way of attaching weights - ideal for versatile training sessions at home or in the gym.
