This robust rowing machine comes with an adjustable seat and chest pad for user height. The arms of the machine move in a natural path - with both narrow neutral handles and wider straight handles for optimal mechanics with different back movements. Suitable for double or single arm training - with an additional support handle behind the chest support. The machine is loaded with weight plates on both sides and has storage space for additional weight plates.
