This leg machine has dual functions for both leg extensions and leg curls. It has several adjustable functions: The seat, thigh pad and foot pad - can all be adjusted to suit the user's height. An additional lever on the 'knee joint' of the machine can adjust the start/end position of the exercise. This lever also alternates between leg flexor/extension movements. The weight is adjusted via a pin on a weight stack.
