Ergo Speed Jump Rope - skipping rope with ergonomic handles and 360° swivel joints for precise training

The Ergo Speed Rope is a particularly hard-wearing skipping rope that has been specially developed for use in competitive sports. The ergonomically shaped handles are equipped with integrated steel pins and have high-quality ball bearings that meet all the requirements for optimum speed or double-under training. The 360° swivel joints at the ends of the handles ensure fast and even rotation and adapt perfectly to the swing angle of the rope. The 2.5 millimeter thin, plastic-coated wire rope provides the necessary lightness and is nevertheless very robust. The rope length of three meters, which is suitable for people up to two meters tall, can be easily adjusted by hand using the adjustable end screws.

The ergonomic handles also have an additional weight that can be removed if required to make training even more comfortable. The high-quality 360° swivel joints with 3D ball bearings ensure a perfect swing. The highly flexible plastic-coated steel cable with a thickness of 2.5 millimetres ensures maximum resilience and flexibility. The adjustable length is set using the screws.

Note: For a better swing, we recommend cutting off the excess wire after adjusting the rope length.
