Floss Band - Effective joint mobilization and regeneration
The Floss Band is a proven tool for applying the flossing technique, a method for improving joint mechanics and promoting muscle regeneration. By wrapping the band around a target area, such as the knee, the blood flow is briefly reduced. The tape is then released, allowing the sponge effect to stimulate blood flow again and loosen tissue adhesions.
The Floss Band promotes pain relief, improves mobility, supports regeneration and increases the range of motion. It is ideal for treating muscle tension and mobilizing joints.
The strap is made of highly stretchable natural latex rubber and is available in two thicknesses (1 mm in black and 1.5 mm in red). It measures 230 cm in length and 5 cm in width. Make sure you only wear the band for 1-2 minutes to avoid unwanted discomfort.
