The ATX® Foam Bench is a multifunctional foam block made of high-quality foam.
Due to its size and high pressure density, this block is ideal for use as a flat bench. Many dumbbell exercises - preferably with dumbbells - are possible, e.g: Flying movements, pull-ups, flat bench presses or hip thrusts with barbells. The block can also be used as a step box or jump box. By simply flipping the box over, 2 different jump heights can be achieved and the foam block can be moved / repositioned quickly and easily.
The inner core is made of very pressure-resistant and hard-wearing composite foam, the cover is made of high-quality plastic and is very easy to clean.
