The ATX® Floor Glute is a compact training device for targeted strengthening of the gluteal muscles, the posterior thigh and the lower back. Its low-to-the-ground design sets it apart from the higher versions and makes it easier to use, especially for beginners. The low entry enables a safe training position and, if necessary, controlled support with the arms.
A height-adjustable padding system ensures individual adjustment and stable support during exercise. The non-slip footplate and floor-friendly feet ensure a firm footing at all times. An optional device allows resistance bands to be attached for relief.
