The barbell foundation for the ambitious.
Bench pressing rarely fails due to a lack of willpower. It fails because of a wobbly bench, a bar that bends under load, and plates you are not allowed to drop. This set solves all three problems at once.
The competition weight bench is the centerpiece: steel, powder-coated, with a load capacity of up to 500 kg – well beyond anything you will ever load (unless you break the world record: 635.5 kg). The barbell rack is height-adjustable, and the safety spotters are sturdy. Band pegs for resistance bands are already integrated.
The Olympic barbell weighs 20 kg with a length of 220 cm, made of chromed spring steel, with a training load capacity of up to 450 kg. Needle bearings instead of bushings – you will notice this with every explosive repetition because the bar rotates instead of twisting. IWF markings for a reproducible grip position.
The bumper plates are fully rubberized with a stainless steel inner ring: drop-resistant and shock-absorbing. The two lock-jaw collars with safety pins keep everything in place, even if you slip on one side.
