Hex Trap Bar Open 50 mm – open design for greater freedom of movement
The Open Hex Trap Bar differs from a traditional hex bar through its open design, making it easier to step in and out. In addition to deadlifts, it is also suitable for shrugs and lunges. The improved load distribution reduces pressure on the lower back.
The dual handles offer two grip positions for different exercises and hand placements. Integrated feet make it easier to load and unload weight plates – completely without any additional tools.
Made of steel, powder-coated in black, with chromed handles and knurling for a secure grip. Robust construction for intensive daily workouts at home or in the gym.
