The high-quality wooden construction guarantees maximum rigidity and optimum power transmission - the energy goes into the bar, not into the floor.
The dense wooden surface provides an absolutely flat standing surface, which is essential for clean footwork and precise movements. In contrast to soft or uneven floors, the trajectory of the barbell remains controlled and stable. The platform is placed centrally between rubber mats and thus forms the ideal base for snatch, clean & jerk and other Olympic lifts.
The wooden platform is specially designed for use in weightlifting and can also withstand intensive training loads. While heavy drops should ideally be made on the rubber mats on the sides to protect the wood, the construction still offers high resistance.
