The Battle Rope is a training rope made from hard-wearing nylon that is suitable for various strength and endurance training applications. It can be used indoors and outdoors and can withstand heavy use.

The exercises with the rope primarily work the arms, shoulders, core and legs. It also enables intensive cardio training to increase endurance. The rope is available in two lengths - 12 m and 15 m - and can therefore be adapted to different training conditions. It can be used both alone and in groups.
