Multi Grip Bar - Multiple grip variations for upper body training

The Multi Grip Bar, designed for varied upper body and shoulder training, allows different grip widths and angles to be used to direct the load specifically onto the chest, shoulders or triceps. The angled handles allow training with pronated, supinated or neutral forearms, which significantly reduces joint stress and creates new training stimuli. Especially for bench presses, curls or French presses, the neutral grip provides more comfort and can prevent typical shoulder problems. The rotating design allows the handle to be used at an angle of 60 or 120 degrees.

With a weight of 20 kg, a length of 210 cm and a maximum load capacity of 250 kg, the Multi Grip Bar is particularly robust and designed for intensive strength training. The inner grip width is 25.5 cm and the grip diameter is 28 mm. The 50 mm diameter and 36 cm long ends are compatible with all standard 50/51 mm weight plates. The black powder coating ensures a non-slip surface and high durability.
