Resistance Tube Set - Versatile training with variable intensity

The Resistance Tube Set includes three resistance bands in soft, medium and strong strengths and is suitable for effective upper body training as well as mobility and rehabilitation exercises. The tubes are made of durable material and are designed for regular use at home or in the gym. The integrated handles offer a secure grip and pleasant training comfort. Depending on the strength of the band, different training stimuli can be set - from light activation training to targeted muscle building. The total length of the tubes is measured including the handles. The set is supplied with a storage bag in which the three bands and handles can be stored and transported. The different strengths allow them to be used in different training contexts.
