Fall protection floor mat 60 x 60 x 1.2 cm - Lightweight foam mat for training and gymnastics

The foam floor mat (foam) in the size 60 x 60 x 1.2 cm provides a soft, comfortable surface for the home gym. It is ideal for training with your own body weight, aerobics, stretching exercises, gymnastics and core training. Compared to conventional rubber flooring, the foam flooring is lighter and significantly softer.

This mat is not non-slip and is primarily used as a soft surface for floor exercises. For exercises such as mountain climbers, it is recommended to use a separate training mat on top.

For commercial use in the free weight area or as a base for weight machines in gyms, however, we recommend the use of a solid rubber floor.
