R-SERIES Single Pulley Attachment – Flexible cable training for power racks
The Single Pulley Attachment expands the R-SERIES Racks (Rigs are too high!) for an effective pulley module and allows a wide variety of exercises in a small space. The cable pulley is height-adjustable and thus ideally suited for numerous strength exercises such as lat pulldowns, triceps pushdowns, bicep curls, or face pulls. The adjustment of the pulley height allows targeted training of different muscle groups and angles of movement.
The weight carrier of the pulley is equipped with plastic rollers that ensure smooth, even running and minimize wear. This not only improves the quality of training, but also increases the durability of the system.
Equipped with a 50 mm plate holder, the attachment is compatible with standard weight plates. The sturdy construction and simple installation ensure reliable and long-lasting use in the home gym.
