The Keiser M5i Strider is a high-quality cross trainer with wear-free magnetic resistance and comprehensive Bluetooth connectivity. It offers precise training data such as revolutions per minute, wattage, calories burned, heart rate (Polar™ compatible), time, resistance levels and distance - all clearly displayed on the computer. The resistance setting is infinitely variable via a smooth-running controller, which enables individual and fluid training. The cross trainer is equipped with padded, movable double handles and height-adjustable handlebars for optimum comfort. Practically maintenance-free and equipped with transport wheels, it is ideal for home and light commercial use.
