The Bulgarian Bag is a crescent-shaped training weight with five grip loops and tapered ends. It can be used for swing movements, pulling, carrying and exercises such as squats, lunges and push-ups.
The outer shell is made of tear-resistant vinyl. The sand filling ensures even weight distribution and adapts to the body.
Available in weights from 5 to 20 kg. Suitable for use in strength endurance, core and functional training as well as for improving grip strength.
