Yes, if your bar has a 50 mm sleeve. The stainless steel inner ring with a 51 mm hole diameter fits securely on all standard 50 mm Olympic barbell, dumbbell, and curl bars, as well as plate-loaded machines. They are not suitable for 30 mm bars\u2014there are separate 30 mm collars for those.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

\nCan I roll down the windows?<\/summary>\n

No. These cast iron plates are rubberized and are gentler on floors than bare cast iron, but they are not drop-safe \u2014 they are no substitute for bumper plates. For deadlifts or Olympic lifts with drops from a height, you should use drop-safe HiTemp Bumper Plates<\/a> \u2014 robust, color-coded, and built precisely for that. These cast iron plates are ideal for bench presses, squats, and machines.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

The plates are available in 7 increments: 1.25, 2.5, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 kg. This allows you to load in fine steps from your warm-up weight to your heavy set. You select each weight above as a separate option \u2014 availability of individual increments may vary.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

Starting from 5 kg, the plates have two grip openings \u2014 this makes picking them up, changing them, and carrying them much more convenient. The small 1.25 and 2.5 kg plates are too narrow for this and come without grips. Thanks to the holes, the larger plates can also be used for functional exercises such as Russian twists or front raises.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

The rubberized version is quieter, protects the floor and devices, and feels of higher quality.
