Arm trainer - targeted training for forearms and wrists
\nThe arm trainer is used for isolated training of the forearm and wrist muscles. By rolling a rope up and down with the padded handle, the movement is carried out against the resistance of a weight. Weights such as weight plates or kettlebells can be attached via the universal strap. This requires a snap hook that connects the rope to the respective weight. The load can be freely selected depending on the training goal.
