Yes, if your bar has a 50 mm sleeve. The stainless steel inner ring with a 51 mm hole diameter fits securely on all standard Olympic 50 mm barbells and curl bars. They are not suitable for 30 mm bars.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

Bumper plates are fully rubberized and drop-resistant\u2014you can drop the loaded barbell in a controlled manner.
